Waters Edge is a community of about 50 mobile homes located a block away from Devil's Lake. When the new ownership took over a few years ago, they brought with them the vision of turning Waters Edge MHC into a prestiegous and proud neighborhood where one would want to live and call home. Waters Edge is a very quiet and relaxing mobile home community where everyone seems to enjoy living. All homes come with a sizable yard and driveways for 2 car parking. We encourage landscaping and gardening. Pets are welcomed as long as the owners adhere to park policies. All utility services are provided by local utility companies. Monthly rental payments on the homes vary depending on size but trend to be lower than the monthly rent on an apartment. You are welcome to move in your own mobile home or buy a new home and place it in our community for a monthly space rent.
